Scentchips® are sold in 6 ounce boxes. Each box when used as a potpourri will fragrance for 5 years with a nice subtle background fragrance like potpourri. If used in a simmering pot each box will last for 140 hours of melting time. When melted they are much more fragrant and can actually fragrance up to 3000 square feet. Most concur that melting is the best way to use Scentchips®
